It’s all in a name! Green Dragon Tees was named after one of the most important points in American history – the American Revolution and what took place on December 16, 1773.

The Green Dragon Tavern in Boston was the meeting and planning place for a small group known as the Sons of Liberty who banded together to dump 342 chests of teas into the Boston Harbor in protest of the British Tea Tax. Thus, starting the American Revolution and Independence from Britain. We owe our freedoms and liberty to those who kick-started our road to independence. We owe our liberty and freedoms to those who are still fighting, raising their voices and speaking up when no one else will.
